"Often referred to as “squaw boots”, these hard soled, single button mocs were most often yellow when worn by the Navajo, as opposed to the dark red of those preferred by the Hopi. Made from brain-tanned hides, they were very comfortable and extremely durable. They have been relegated mostly to use as ceremonial wear in recent years."

Size: choose from 8x8 inches or 12x12 inches as a canvas print or metal print, and 12x12 as a museum quality paper print

What you get when you order a canvas print:

As soon as you order, you’ll get a confirmation email and tracking information. Then printing starts. Once your order has been printed and carefully packaged, you’ll be notified by email that it has shipped! Please note: It can take up to two weeks to receive your print, but it’s usually faster.

Your canvas print will arrive safely in sturdy cardboard packaging, and be ready to hang right out of the box.

This gallery-wrapped canvas print features a mirrored image around the edges, offering a polished finish. While we could have opted for a print solely on the front with white edges, we believe the mirrored edges add an extra touch of elegance, and doesn't require framing.

We're a family affair here at Farnsworth Studio, with Rosa, John's daughter, at the helm of our digital operations. And when it comes to satisfaction, we've got you covered with our no-questions-asked guarantee.

Why metal prints

They are just so versatile! They work well in a contemporary space, and equally well in a historic home.

Depending on the size you choose, you can hang this metal print in your living room, kitchen, bedroom, or even the bathroom! Hang it anywhere to infuse your personal style into the space. Renting? These metal prints look great sitting on your dresser or a shelf and leaned against the wall.

This aluminum print includes an easy hang kit. No framing or canvas stretching necessary - although you can frame it if desired.

Elevate your space with soulful images created from original artwork, adding a touch of your personal style to any room.
