8X8 INCH FINE ART PRINT OF DAILY PAINTING MEXICAN PEON DOLLS, BY JOHN FARNSWORTH

Size: 8x8 inches

"These little dolls from our own collection are represented here at close to life-size. It seems like only yesterday Mexico and the Southwest were filled with people in colorful costumes that were a part of their daily wear. Now, it seems we all look the same in our sweats and t-shirts. Except, of course, at festivals and in parades. Somehow that’s just not the same. I’ll leave it to smarter people than I am to decide which is better for society as a whole. But being a visual sort of guy, I miss the color and vernacular nature of indigenous people’s native costumes. Anyway, there will be lots more of these personal items showing up in coming paintings. I hope they will bring you as much pleasure in their painted form as they have us in their original form."
-John

What you get when you order a canvas print:

As soon as you order, you’ll get a confirmation email and tracking information. Then printing starts. Once your order has been printed and carefully packaged, you’ll be notified by email that it has shipped! Please note: It can take up to two weeks to receive your print, but it’s usually faster.

This gallery-wrapped canvas print features a mirrored image around the inch and a half deep edges, offering a polished finish. While we could have opted for a print solely on the front with white edges, we believe the mirrored edges add an extra touch of elegance.

Your canvas print will arrive safely in sturdy cardboard packaging, and be ready to hang right out of the box.

We're a family affair here at Farnsworth Studio, with Rosa, John's daughter, at the helm of our digital operations. And when it comes to satisfaction, we've got you covered with our no-questions-asked guarantee.
